Are you putting your home on the market soon, or is it currently on the market already? Could it use a little work? Screaming Flea Productions is currently looking for a home for sale that needs a remodel, for a TV show on A&E called “Sell This House: Extreme.”
Here’s a little information from Kim Nyhous at Screaming Flea about what they’re looking for:
“Our friends at Seattle’s own Screaming Flea Productions are looking for a home on the market to make over for a national cable home design show. They are looking for listings that are challenged, dated, or in need. This show involves a complete renovation of a kitchen or a bathroom, and work on 2-3 other rooms as well. Homeowner personality a plus! Filming and makeover will occur beginning of March. Contact Kim Nyhous at knyhous@sfpseattle.com“
According to Nyhous, the makeover is typically valued between $20,000 and $30,000 and many of their made over homes sell very well afterwards. To be considered, you must be living in your house and send in digital pictures. Also be warned, you as the homeowner will be featured on the show as well.
